How to Request a Cancellation

• Requests for cancellation and refunds must be emailed to office@napcon2026.com

Refund Schedule

• 50% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellations made up to 31st August 2026
• No refund will be made for requests sent after 1st September 2026 onwards

Non-Refundable Charges

• GST, bank charges, and online transaction charges are non-refundable

Transferability

• Registration is not transferable to another person or event

Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed one month after conference completion
